'Tis the Season....

...for bows and ribbon. Here are two of my christmas bows for little girls this season. I can make them bigger or smaller depending on what you would like. My daughter has thin, long hair so the first bow tends to be a little smaller when I pin back her hair and the curly bows are made thicker for her hair to give it some fullness. We'll use any tricks we can! :) I also make bows with custom styles and colors to match any outfit you might have for your little cutie. You can request size, style and colors. More of those to come later but for now....let's bring on the christmas decor!

hello to the world wide web

This is my first post and I'm excited about my new website and blog. As we celebrate Thanksgiving this week it is only fitting that I reflect why I'm thankful. My faith, family, friends and freedom in this country come to mind first and foremost. But in regards to this blog and why I type, I'm thankful for answered prayer. I wanted to work from home after I had my first child, Carter, five years ago. I knew I wanted to stay home with him but I also wanted to have a creative outlet and a way to supplement our income. When I started sewing years ago as a kid in the local 4-H program, I never thoughtthe hobby would one day turn into a working craft. I like fabricating beautiful home decor, but what I enjoy most is seeing the finished product in someone's home and knowing they love what I made. It's fun and rewarding. So, we'll just see where this website and blog take my little sewing boutique and wonder what I will be thankful for next year.
